Refund Policy for Booking Amount
For cancellations made before or on the admission day, the following refund policy applies:

Refund Policy for Early Discharge
In case of early discharge, 25% of the accommodation charge for remaining days will be levied.
Cancellation by Sadhakas
Upon cancellation by Sadhakas, Nisargopchar Ashram will issue a refund to the relevant bank
account, avoiding refunds to the same card or via UPI payment systems.
Refund for Unbooked Admissions
In instances where amounts have been debited but admissions were not completed, Sadhakas
must communicate via email to admin@nisargopcharashram.org, providing USERID and
transaction Reference no. Nisargopchar Ashram officers will verify and process refunds to the
respective bank accounts upon receipt of bank details via email. Refunds are typically processed
within one month after admission cancellation or email receipt.
Rescheduling
Sadhakas are allowed one rescheduling per year using the initiated booking ID
